Even if some stuff won't fit directly into your game, the rest works
great for lunatic theories held by random dukes.  

Or even better, Ken Hite is a canon GMC, so you could have him have
some info needed by the PCs.  They investigate him a little, and come
across his lunatic theories.  At this point, you hand the players a
copy of ST, and let them be confused by all the weirdness therein. 
Maybe they believe some of it, or all of it, or think he's a crackpot. 
Any one of which could have interesting consequences.
