[UA] own heart as artifact

The part that gets me about this story is how he's allowed to toss it
around to get "closure."  Oh yeah.  If they carved my body open to put in a
major organ pulled from some poor dead schmoe, I'm sure that holding aloft
the traitor heart that kept me alive for twelve years only to treacherously
betray me and get torn out like an Aztec trophy would be JUST the thing to
help me erase that pesky Failed notch on my Self gauge.
