Well, how about this?

Consider that they are vitamins, which are supposed to provide health and
strength. Moreover, they are in the shape of cavemen, which is an
obvious connection to the Savage. So, immediately, I think of an attempt
to increase the power and dominance of the archetype ("ten million strong
and growing").

But it does seem as though the purchase of these items through the
Internet is working against type. But is it? Maybe it is an attempt to
redefine the archetype. Rather than functioning in the literal jungle,
this new interpretation functions in the metaphorical jungle of
cyberspace. This, of course, brings to mind the growing troll epidemic
online, which is an obvious outgrowth of the new cyber-Savage.

Also consider that the primitive male movement (e.g. "Iron John") which
was so popular several years ago seems to be waning in the public
consciousness. The traditional "Savage" is losing power.

Therefore, it seems obvious to me that someone is attempting a godwalker
ascension and is doing so in part by the mass purchase and distribution
of Flintstone vitamins on the Internet.

I just wish I knew how the filtration masks fit into this.
