Count me as c)

I have GMed both and I have played neither :-( I had fun GM-ing and I
believe my players had fun playing.

I think that every game/company/system continuously evolves and I think
both UA and WW-style games have become better with time. (Exalted is the
latest WW game I am playing). I am not a fan of any particular system
anymore (used to be a fan of VtM until the rules-lawyers busted my campaign)

I like the setting and ideas of both games, I have thought of comparing
them before but they just do not compare in the long run because of what
people already said about UA being more of a toolset while WW-games
classically have some kind of 'canon-world' which I have always been
tempted to use and never managed to quite adequately.

I would say that UA is much darker than Mage which might make UA more
grown-up. The UA-style madness/strangeness is more subtle than
Mage-style madness and therefore it is sometimes harder to remember it
is all fiction.
