[UA] where to get UA2 online

Thx for all the tips, but the store actually managed to get me the book,
guess they got finally scared I would leave my money elsewhere. And now 
I have
a hard day of work ahead of me all the while the book is lying on my 
desk and
I cannot read it.

And since we are moving to a new apartment this week I will not even have
time to read in the evenings :-(

Anyway after waiting 6 months I am glad I finally got my book.
