[UA] starting a new campaign

I have always wanted to use those "In case of a Bomb Threat, please ask 
the following questions and note the answers" forms that they used to have 
next to the phone in major companies. I wasn't really able to work out a 
way to weave them into a game, although having thought about it, I can see 
how I might be able to get some player input for my current UA game with 
them... Let them help to define the nature of their next emergency...
