It's moderated in the sense that there a pair of guys (of whom I am one)
who will routinely clear out the "approval" queue, which is almost
invariably crammed full'o'spam, punctuated by the occasional legitimate
post from non-subscribed e-mail address.

Other than that, y'all are surprisingly low maintenance.
