Just because someone is very good at lying doesn't mean they have to be
compulsive liars. For instance, an excellent actor could have a very
high Lying skill, but it doesn't mean that he'd be more likely to lie
than anyone else. Similarly, a deep-cover agent or a con artist could
have a high Lying skill just because it's useful, rather than because
they're compulsive.
