And I would be remiss if I did not piggyback on this message and beg all
of you to vote for Little Fears.  As the freelancer who wrote the opening
story (and did general cheerleading for Jason Blair), I am happy that LF
was nominated, but my greedy nature would love to have a piece of an
Origins Award.

I'm not too proud to beg.  :-)

But even if you don't vote for Little Fears, I would still encourage you
to vote in the Origins Awards.  It only takes a couple of minutes and you
will be helping the game industry reward excellence.  Or so goes the
theory.
