[UA] [OT] Scandalous Jersey?

I've got a question for anyone who (1) lives in New Jersey or (2) who
follows college football.  Can you name a New Jersey college that's got a
reputation for football corruption?  Specifically, corruption of the
"alumni donate huge sums under the table which are used to buy sports cars
for illiterate high school quarterbacks and linemen" type.

It has nothing to to with UA, hence the [OT], but I know this list is good
for well informed-ness.
