[UA] Avatars as Highlander-Style Immortals

Makes sense for certain archetypes, such as the Masterless
Man, but not for others, like the Fool.  Perhaps these less
directly violent types could gain levels by besting other
avatars in some other form of ritualized competition (eg,
the Merchant bests another Merchant in a deal, or a
Trickster succeeds in fooling another Trickster)?
