[UA] Brazil RPG?

Actually, we dont have a "cell" structure like in US, in wich a state 
have a set of laws that could be different from others. If a Judge in 
another states declares RPG illegal, it becames law, unless 
contested, at least in this state. In case of a federal judge, even 
one from another state (there is the Supreme Federal Court, but there 
is also federal judges in each state) rules against the "pratice" of 
RPG, it will be bane in the whole country. In doesnt have to go to 
the senate or something. 

There is come convetion about RPG been used on education, and 
psychology, but i really they will not stand for RPG as a game, even 
if it has benefical results.
