Just some guidelines. In my game i use a late-night radio talker doing a 
series about mass murder and serial killings - with heavy satire. He uses 
archetypes as representations of a societies real interests.(Seeing the 
players faces when they realized the music in the background was appearing 
inside the game also, including the commentary was something special :)
While doing so he wants to become a modern version of the archetype (and 
attracted the ire of the group by mentioning them during his show:)

That's kind of hard - he was never expected to even appear :) Somehow i 
think along the lines of original Lasombra (WoD)  - only believable :). 
Perhaps channel 71+ Avatar may use higher rank rituals ? .... probably 
worth a shot....
