In UA, this could be an abandoned warehouse.  Or something
larger.  Hell, there could be a mad cult in the catacombs
or sewers under the city.
Instead of kobolds, you have crappy cult members (struggle
at 20, only 40 wounds).   

Spinal Tap fans. Seeking the bliss of disorientation.  
Their cult is led by two gnome druids who dance around an 18" replica of Stonehenge. This could be a good crossover to introduce the more traditional styles of magict (I always put a 't' on the end, because it looks like a cross and repels the evil)
