John Tynes -- the same guy who put the bom in the bom-she-bom-she-bom, and
the selfsame man who put the ram in the ramalama-ding-dong.

No, okay... actually, I THINK the 'k' goes back to Crowley, who put it
there to distinguish "magic meaning really doing stuff with paranormal
powers" from "magic meaning parlor tricks and linked rings".

Though -- gee -- wouldn't it be fun to make a school of magick whose
effects were all indistinguishable from stagecraft illusion.  "No, really!
I REALLY AM producing these colorful silk scarves from nothing!"
