The books: yes, if you like alien shapeshifting vampires.  I liked it
when I read it, several years ago.  Rather gory, and lots of sex, but
enjoyable.

The RPG: never looked at it. I heard some good reviews of one of the
supplements, but not enough to prompt me to look for it.
