Well it doesn't have the gross out factor, but there was that Corrosion of 
Conformity single from 1990 that had a picture of George Bush Sr. waving in 
a crosshairs.  All the record stores in my area refused to carry it.  When I 
finally found a place that had it the CD was in a plain brown wrapper.
