[UA] UA2 Announcement

It's official: UA2 is going to be 336 pages in hardcover for $39.95,
shipping in July.

It was going to be 256 pages in hardcover for $35. In exchange for five
bucks and a couple months, we're adding 80 pages to the book.

UA1 was 224 pages in softcover for $25. So UA2 is 112 pages longer.

I should note that this isn't a chunk of new last-minute material we're
cramming in. The contents are what we always planned--we just ended up
needing a lot more space for it all, and the page layout couldn't absorb the
word count we ended up with.
