Here's an idea I've been kicking around:

PROBLEM:
In a party place somewheres (a rant would be perfect)
people have been found dead, bludgeoned to death in
the bathroom.  These people were all seen in the
company of a short, plump (well-endowed) woman with
long black hair.

INVESTIGATION:
Most of the victims were lesbians, particularly ones
of a strong feminist/granola beleif system.  Careful
investigation shows that some of the victims were men.
 (If this is all going on in one night, these could be
rumors and info circulating through the rave.)

Investigation of the bodies or circumstantial evidence
shows that the victims were trampled to death.

TURNING POINT:
The suspect is spotted and confronted, but she knows
nothing of the attacks (she becomes agitated from the
knowledge, however.)  She's a bit of an activist, but
certainly does not consider herself a lesbian.  She is
friendly and helpful, but worried by what she hears
(and has to make stress checks when confronted by
information that she's been hitting on chicks
off-and-on for weeks. She suspects the Rhiyab, if she
knows about the magic in the music.)

CLIMAX:
The suspect is, indeed, guilty.  She's a lyncanthrope
(a were-stag, to be exact.)  She's possessed by the
ghost of a sexually-twisted outdoorsman "on the
ultimate hunt."  The outdoorsman rode in the body of a
deer, a huge five-point buck, for some time.

Now the victim switches back and forth between sapphic
seductress, worried wiccan activist and rampaging,
murderous stag.

I would personally forgo the normal lycanthrope rules
just so players can get a full dose of weirdnes when
they confront a huge, angry deer in a tiny bathroom
stall.

You could describe it as a serious of images, full of
violence and raw animal power, with horns shattering
the long mirror over the sink, hooves, slick and gooey
with human blood, scrabbling on the tiles and the
stink of an efluvia-splattered head as deer and human
shit mix with the smell of panicked animal musk.

This is in addition to whatever the carnal looked like.
