Though unlike other bands along that pop lines, The Spice Girls emmulated a
certian trait. Each band member following a certian track of an avatar.
The one thing I noticed about kids is repetition, that they can and will
watch things over and over again. Have three kids in the house, let me tell
you that the spiceWorld movie is played atleast twice a week since we the
eldest daughter was given it on her birthday a few years ago.
Now playing on Armies one evening and with Spiceworld playing in the
background, I suddenly came to a realization that the girls where following
their own Avatars. With names like "Sporty" "Scary" "Baby" "Posh" and
"Ginger" I've been trying to deduct which path each girl was following... .
Gah, I have too much time on my hands.
Sounds to me like you have exactly enough.
You have pierced the veil, my friend. Now peer inside, but be careful that it doesn't peer back at you. I thought I was being silly when I statted out the classic 70s Harlem Globetrotters lineup, but that cycle of scenarios--Get Dan Fogleburg, The Harlem Globetrotters Must Die, and Snake River Apocalypse (which answered any remaining questions about why Eval's rocketcycle jump failed) were probably the best story arc I threw together in my quest to see how far back in time I could take the OU before it no longer seemed pomo.
If you persevere, you will either succeed or go mad. Either would be a relief.
Girl Power!!
