Yeah, Juxtapositions are great, really postmodern.
I like revisionism, myself, retelling stories from the
point of view of background characters. Linda
Medley's excellent comic, "Castle Waiting" is a great
source for this kind of thing (it's put out by Olio
now.)
What's kind of cool is to find conspiracies and
re-examine them from the point of view of the guys who
had to carry them out. I'm not talking about the guy
who shot Kennedy, here, but, rather, the one who
convinced Lee Harvey Oswald he needed a coke or the
soldier at Roswell who had to remove the "impervious"
metal and replace it with a busted weather balloon (or
even the poor bastard who had to drive Major Marcel
out to Brazel's spread.)
