I like it, it's evil, but there's some details you're
going to have to reconcile.  Surving Jews, Gypsies and
Blacks, for instance.  You could concentrate on
Ghettos, etc. but I still like to think things got a
little better after the '60s.

You could set the game in a world kind of like
Gernsback, from GURPS ALTERNATE (oh crap, it is
ALTERNATE HISTORIES or ALTERNATE WORLDS? My copies
still packed.  My wife and I just moved to a new place
this week.)

Another idea might be that you have two histories
intruding on one another.  You keep finding evidence
to support both.
