I love those alternate histories...

If we follow the idea that the Cliomancer had to come to the moon somehow,
he could either do this in a rocket or in a mechanomantic vehicle....

In order to build this, a mechanomancer probably must spend a couple of
major charges, losing most of his or her memory...

So: You could have this amnesiac mechanomancer in your group... He doesn't
remember a thing about him being doing the stunt... as well as most other
stuff...

He'S just one of the regular players... Until he gets contacted by the good
and the bad  guys... Instant 'Total Recall' plot...
