The book within a book named certainly pegs it as that. But MiaHC has some
slight differences, and doesn't do the death camp thing... it'd be possible
to interpret it as not being an actual cliomantic thing, I reckon - though
I'd have to read it again to see how viable that is.
OTOH, this may mean that cliomantic mindfucks can be unveiled through the
gift of I Ching.
