Hell, it would be great for a Godlike/UA crossover.

You could just have a project Paperclip run-amok
connection and all sorts of people unwilling to
beleive such attrocities were being committed next
door (or too afraid/confused to act.)  Myself, I feel
really bad every time I hear something like this. 
What if there is a POW camp right next door?  (There
used to be one for Japanese Americans around here in WWII.)
