The last album by English thrash/death metal band Carcass before they split
had a warning on the front that the cover originally was meant to be an
unaltered autopsy photo of JFK. They were told to cover it up or risk
censorship by the record label.

So they did. And moved the photo to the first interior page of the CD liner
notes. :)
