There's a norwegian (i think) black metal band with a worse cover than that. 
See, their lead singer killed himself. When they found him, first thing they 
did was take a polaroid. Later, they made it an album cover. If the stories 
are to be believed, they also made necklaces out of bits of his skull and 
cooked and ate a chunk of his brain. Wholesome.
