I quote from the inteview with the "Lucky Bidder" (L.B.):

L.B. (...)The Native American who became so ill he had to cleanse his house
by burning white sage. He warned me not to put this item around small
children, and that there is great evil contained here.

SURFING: What do you plan to do with the painting?

L.B.:   Give it to a maternity ward. Perhaps an orphanage. You know that old
story of the orphanage in Ohio back in the '30s? The one with the kids that
spoke that made-up language? I might donate it there.


Nah, just messin' with you.

The subjects in teh painting (especially the girl) seem very UA, though.
