Oh hell yeah.  It's my favorite UA adventure (with
Swap Meet coming in a close second, in fact, I've run
both as a mixed "adventure.")

My group never really caught on to the whole coke
bottle thing, but we all got sick laughing from a
scene with T. Joe Walters and the Hellhound.  The
group ended up adopting the Hellhound and T. Joe got
locked in the trunk of a car (which then got
"impounded" by TNI due to a perfectly innocent trail
of misinformation.)

My group was more interested in the street phantom and
got to be good buddies with Mike.  So I made the
"alchemist" head shop the center of the street
phantom's activities.  Great design for an adventure.
