The 'Tharkhold' sourcebook for Torg. I was just reading it last night. And
I'll beat to the death anyone who doesn't respect it.

Oh, uh, 'Reign of Steel' is a specific post-apoc setting for Gurps. Where
humanity has been mostly wiped out by robots.
