you know my players never wanted any xp after seeing that system =)
I just had to forward the answer to them *still grinning*

no actually they always said, that since they were their own sucky 
selves they did not need xp to become a little less sucky. but i guess 
the system might have been an efficient deterrent. (is that the right word?)
