Perhaps, but that's not all.

She's tied to a combination of the attempt to create sexual desire, part
of the whole "girl next door" image, relentless mundanity and normality
of a sort, a certain kind of glamor, impossible to achieve hopes of
physical "perfection", and sexual frigidity (symbolized in part by the
lack of primary sexual characteristics).

There are also possible ties to the WECHBY, and/or to her and Ken as a
twisted, castrated example of the Lovers.
