[UA] The Golden arches

Here at the moment in Australia some nutjob is sending letters full of 
white powder to not a small amount of Mc Donald's stores. I am thinking of 
putting a UA spin on things for my game. Some of the possibilities that I 
have thought of are as follows, feedback and ideas are appreciated
1. A fine food lover has finally been pushed over the edge and wants to 
discredit The golden arches. The powder is nothing but talcum or baking 
soda 
2. A magical cable has found a ritual the allows them to imbued the powder 
with a cancelling effect to the transfer of charges, thus weakening Max 
Attack mission to spread mystic power and knowledge. 
3. Alex Able and his crew are trailing it to see if it is a quite way of 
weakening MA. However the clumsy way this has been undertaken may count 
this option out.
4. No I am not sure how they work but it could possibly be a phobomancer 
(is that the right term) trying to pick up some charges by preying on the 
fear. 
Anyway this is just a rough bunch of ideas that have not been fleshed out 
as it is late and I am very tired.
