I have a dim memory that tazers are covered somewhere in one of the
UA rulebooks (TNI maybe?), but I could be hallucinating as usual
on that one.

>From reading it, I'd probably allow either a Speed check to see if you
can pull away in time. Succeed and you escape with a -10 shift on your
actions next round, fail and you get the full whammy.

Something else I recall from watching a TV show on non-lethal weaponry:
the little barbs used in the projectile tazer guns? Not so little really,
and they can be pretty hard to get out. 'Volunteer Guy' on the show got
a bit bloody in the demonstation and they were careful in removing the
darts. Someone who just tried to rip them out should probably take
something like a small knife damage.
