[UA] UA/Delta Green Crossovers

Well, I've done my fair share of thinking on the subject, and the cosmologies 
are the most difficult to mix.

However, the Cthulhu core book mentions "minor earth magic..." and I ran with 
that.
UA describes what is probably the real, normal occult world. The Invisible 
Clergy does start "phase changes" in humanity, but they don't control reality 
at it's fundamental level. 

Then there's the mythos. The Cthulhu Mythos originates from *outside* 
Clergy-dominated reality, and is not subject to the whims of the archetypes. 
(Maybe it's the Qlippoth- pissed off remnants of earlier incarnations.)

Which means the IC will be trying to prevent, say, Cthulhu from waking up, 
but will have a very hard time of it, because no matter how much "reality" 
changes in each incarnation, Ry'Leh will still be there, and Cthulhu will be 
dreaming...

Theoretically, the human universe could "ascend" and get away from the planes 
of reality Cthulhu is present on (an awful lot of 'em, being a great big 
extra-dimensional cuddly squid monster ), but since the Stars are Coming 
Right very soon, there's a time limit.
