Yeah, Tricky was in the Fifth Element, so he's pretty famous. Some kind of
dance music related powers, perhaps.

How about Charles de Gaulle? Rile the British by not letting them into the
EEC (or whatever it was called then). Avoid harm despite ignoring the advice
of your guards.

Baron von Richtofen? Don't know what an Iconomancer would get from him.

Shackleton could be good for survivalist things.
Others who are European:

Stanley Kubrick (technically American, yes, but lived down the road from me,
so...)
T.E. Lawrence (of Arabia)
Dirk Bogarde (possible Cryptomancy link)
Winston Churchill


As for Brazilian icons, one immediately springs to mind - Ayrton Senna.
