Was the 'triple level' emphasis in 2nd edition fully disclosed? If not, I
apologize, but since it WAS present in the 1st edition, I think it's safe.
Anyway, what would be cool is some sort of cover that captures that mood. Now
a conventional game would have on its cover the IC watching Alex Abel through
a scrying device as he watches some street level shenanigans through a
bitchin' monitor set up. For UA, though, I'd imagine the reverse--some
homeless guy scrying in a coffee cup, showing Alex Abel monitoring data on the
IC, maybe said monitor wall, with snapshots and data underneath saying,
"Hunter? Executioner?" with an ominous LED on the wall that says, 223 Sure,
it's busy, and narrative covers don't sell particularly well, but it plays up
the strengths of the setting--that a street-level game can seriously screw a
global game.
