[UA] New to running UA

I ran Bi3P for my gaming group's Halloween Horror game, along witn a
modified version of the Richard Dederer case in  TNI. I have one piece of
advice; make sure they cotton on early that stopping Bill getting back is a
good idea. My lot helped him.
