[UA] Mak Attax Book Updated for UA2?

I think Ascension will be old style UA and Specia Orders will be 2ed.  But
honestly, the rules changes are minor enough that either can be run with
either system.  We changed initiative and knife damage, experience...
expanded character generation a bit.  Task resolution is essentially the
same, just a little cleaner.
