Okay, how about this as a plot:

An amoromancer lesbian or bisexual (Here after called MM)happens across a 
young, vulnerible girl (called VM) around the age of seventeen who has 
severe sexual repressions.  Intent on furthering her own plans for 
ascension, the sorceress seduces the virgin and, over time, sculpts her 
personality so it's entirely dependant on MM.  After awhile, VM is 
artificially inseminated, and as the game begins is within a few months of 
giving birth.  MM is an avatar of the Whore, and VM is an avatar of the 
Virgin Mother.  The child, when he's born, will be slatted from birth as the 
Martyr, an archetype doomed to painful death at the hands of an Authority, 
which results in powerful changes in society.  But there is some opposition.

The Crone, the mother and the maiden are three practicing witches who belong 
to a small coven someplace near where MM and VM live.  They're aware of the 
situation, and believe something needs to be done.  They remember the last 
time the Martyr archetype ascended; their religion is only just recovering.  
The Maiden, a goth girl with an attitude suggests that they use the martyr 
as a Neo-pagan harbringer... The archetype, once suffering their death(and 
subsequent ascention) brings great change to the world; if the child could 
be turned towards Wicca, the resulting events would lead to a rebirth of 
paganism.

What nobody actually knows is that the Martyr, the second one in history, 
heralds the end of the world. This gives the GM a chance to whip out his 
bible and go crazy with revelations.  However, the closer the child comes to 
his 33rd birthday, the more obvious the signs become, until finally nobody 
can deny that the end is near.

The PCs choose where they stand, whether they look forward to the 
apocalypse, or seek to avert it.  Perhaps all it takes is killing the boy 
before he reaches 33; or maybe he needs to fall from his avatar path before 
that can take place.  Either way, the PCs will have their work cut out for 
them as every occult organization springs into action, prepairing for the 
end of the world.
