I will point out that a burger-flipper at Mickey D's here earns 70c, US, an hour
as far as our local currency goes. Just think how long it would take to earn
enough for a US$40 rulebook. And then you get to slap on another $10-25 for
postage depending on whether you'd like to see your book in 2002 or 2003.

Sigh.
