[UA] Use of social skills

Speaking of rolling persuasion and intimidate-type skills, in my games I always
call for the thing to be roleplayed, but remain cognisant of the PC skills by
using the roleplaying to introduce a +/- 50% shift based on how well, or
inventively, it's done. This allows the best of both words; people who don't
feel comfortable leaning into my face and screaming death threats like their
torturer character would do still get recourse to a dice roll and a high skill,
but it isn't just dice either because they need to at least describe the tack
they are taking.

T'ain't no sin to take off your skin / And dance around in your bones"
