[UA] Fleshworking the hard way

Had me an /evil/ thought. Fleshworkers can remake bodies, even the bodies of others. Extrapolating from the rules (which I don't have in front of me), a Fleshworker with a major charge might choose to remake a man into the semblence of a pig.

If the fleshworker has a captive and plenty of time, could they accomplish the same with a series of minor charges, maybe scores of them? After all, one could slowly, slowly transform that man into a pig, if you took it one piece at a time. 

Needless to say, in either case, the man-pig would probably be thoroughly psychotic by the end of the process.
