[UA] Scenario fodder

The May 6 issue of The New Yorker (the one with the remarkably racy
cover) has a lengthy piece of reporting by Jane Kramer on the Washington
Militia that seemed like it was one dipsomancer and a thaumavore short
of a good UA one-shot.  It's hard to read her brief characterizations of
the various militiamen without thinking of their skills, obsessions, and
madness meter settings.  Good stuff, and funny and scary at the same
time.
