No, and no.

There are no churches which claim to have Jesus's skull - he took it with
him when he ascended. His milk teeth, however, are claimed in various
places.

And as to them being fake - the Church has a doctrine which essentially says
that God cheats. A relic is a thing that helps attract miracles, regardless
of the source. So, if I take any old bone and say it belonged to Saint
Vitus, God, being a jokester, might choose to allow miracles near it. Hence
there are many miraculous bones which can be demonstrated to have no link to
the saint which is said to have donated them. The best example of this is
the huge pilgrimage site at Compostella in Spain. So, St James is buried
there? As in "James, Brother of Jesus, who lived with their Mum in the
Levant and didn't leave during the Book of Acts, and was martyred there?"
Yeah, right. It also explains why people who have been removed from the
roll of saints, like Christopher, can have had functioning medals.

When it comes to relics - God cheats. Even inauthentic bones can be
authentic relics.
