A very interesting question. If they're practicing strictly Jewish Kabbalah that means that they are doing many things that are basically Jewish practices, such as eating Kosher (long article or three on the Kabbalistic meanings of Kosher practices). If they are then the technical name for them is probably convert. :)
(FYA A convert to Judaism who does it the proper way has the same status in ALL ways as someone who was born a Jew).
If they are doing a hodge podge of Kabbalah activities (such as reading a few Kabbalistic books but not the Torah or Talmud) or Kabbalah that's been 'mixed' with other traditions (such as Hermetic Kabbalah or Qabbala as they call it) then they'd probably have a different name. I'm going to look it up and ask some questions.
Thanks for asking though. It does mean a lot. If you need any references, information or whatever in the field, I'd be more than happy to get it for you.

Well, in current UA I think it would fall under infomancy or cryptomancy, but that all depends on the person knowing that the information is false or from a 'not good' source. I consider anything I read in a comic, RPG or fiction source to be suspect till I look it up myself.
