[UA] Cartoon Freak

[Royal Minister of Stuff]

A little while back on this list, someone got me
thinking about doing UA characters as "cutsey"
cartoons.  

Since they let me out of "training" a little early
today, I'll post this and hope someone enjoys it
before Warner Brothers or Rick Veitch sees it.
