I know you asked us to ignore this, but, speaking on
behalf of Yak Herders everywhere, it must be pointed
out that television has penetrated the cold, harsh
interior of Mongolia for some years now. I, and other
"Yak Engineers," as we prefer to be called, have been
trying to break out of the stereotypical images
presented by our overly-traditional forefathers and
are well on our way to establishing a hip, aware
"third world" underground Yak-herding establishment.
Admittedly, a hand-gun over here is a trifle
expensive, but not as costly as in Japan (whose people
are recognized world-wide as having access to a wide
range of modern conveniences), where a cheap one can
sometimes go for upwards of $2000. Johnny Walker is
somewhat harder to come by, I admit, but not as hard
as Glenlivit.
Of course, the Godless cannibals on the coast of
Pernambuco, with their satelite dishes and enclaves of
secret German peasant villages are far less civilized
than we care to admit; a blight on the third world,
which must be dealt with by the egregious use of blast
magics. This campaign will be carried out as soon as
my 43 sisters finish preparing my meal of sheep eyes.
