> I have _never_ heard before that the Jews said Mary was the Devil. Seems a
bit trumped up, seeing as Judaism doesn't have much to say about a Supreme
Evil being (that's a Christian conceit). To my imperfect knowledge, Judaism
couldn't care less about Jesus or anybody else in his story. It sounds to me
like another "curse the Jews" story from medieval Europe. Any reputable
sources on this, James?

The production itself was by the BBC, so I hold it in higher regard than
say, Jerry Springer. I can't seem to dig up any useful references or info on
the program itself, but it did have a number of rabbis and well-read people
of the Jewish faith, openly speaking about how Mary was a representation of
the Devil.

In discussing this, a group known as the Church of Yahweh was mentioned.
They openly discussed it as well; they're based in southern California.
Their website doesn't really help any.

Either the Mary/Devil comparison is th real deal in the Jewish faith, or I
want to know where those guys got those hairstyles.

Sorry I couldn't be more helpful.

James
