[UA] Roman emperors and their sisters

I've just checked that last assertion, in the vague way of going through
some online stemma and I'd note something I'd missed before - one emperor
did have it away with this legal, not blood sister. Nero was the son of a
later wife of Claudius, by her previous husband. Claudius adopted him.
Later Nero marries Octavia, one of Claudius's daughters by a previous wife.
In this he sets the model for those coming into the Dynastic family. Get
the Empire - get the daughter of the previous guy. In the Good Emperors you
get something like this again. Hadrian appoints his boyfriend emperor after
him, then Hadrian's grandson and Antonius's grand-daughter marry.
